The #1 Scalp Micropigmentation Clinic in Sacramento, California
SMP is also referred to as a hair tattoo. It's simply the art of creating the illusion of real hair follicles. Our artists are trained to use different types of needles (single micro and three-point) in order to achieve optimal results.
Aside from the hairline, our artists also pay very close attention to key factors such as blending, matching, feathering, density-building, texturing, and scar concealment in order to produce undetectable natural results. SMP is the most realistic, non-invasive, cost-efficient hair loss treatment out there. If done correctly it is seamless, undetectable and, in many cases, unbelievable!

"I am a medical doctor with many years of experience. I noticed a significant thinning of my hair. My options were transplant or micro pigmentation. I decided the latter because was non invasive, simple and safe and less expensive."
Jaime

"From consultation throughout the multiple sessions the experience was everything I was told it would be. I’m very pleased with the results and the experience"
Derek

"I needed density work. I don’t have to wear my hair up anymore thanks to the scalp micropigmentation work. I didn’t even know this existed. The results were noticed by my family and friends immediately. I have a fuller looking head of hair and I know it will last 4-6 years. This is the solution ladies. What a blessing! So grateful!"

Scalp micropigmentation has become such an effective hair loss solution because of its consistently natural and undetectable results. We price ourselves on the ability to seamlessly replicate each individual hair follicle to create a perfect match for each client.
Most clients can expect between 2-4 sessions to complete their treatment depending on the extent of hair loss or scarring. These treatments are usually spaced about 5-7 days apart.
After completion of your treatment (3-4 sessions) a client should expect the strength of the color to last for many years. Over a longer term, a client will very gradually begin to notice slight lightening (not discolor) of the treatment. When this occurs they can undergo a brief "touch up" session to restore any fading and secure many more years of their style.
For most of our clients, the pain minimal and it's consistently less painful than traditional tattoos. After your session, you won't experience any further discomfort.
The equipment used for a scalp treatment is considered micropigmentation or "permanent cosmetic" equipment. There are many different brands and designs and equipment includes a digital power source, a hand-piece, and disposable micro needles for the insertion of pigment. Most SMP technicians use different equipment than standard tattoo artists to ensure the deposits are delicately placed at the appropriate depth in the skin.
SMP is non-invasive and requires no down time. In most cases, you will not need to take any extended time away from work, school, or other functions. After treatment it is common to notice slight redness on the scalp for 2-3 days post session. This redness subsides quickly and most clients return to work either right away or within a couple days. Clients are also allowed to wear hats or headwear should they feel the need.
Your SMP journey doesn't end with the treatment. To maintain the results, you have to take proper aftercare measures. Aftercare will affect the outcome of your SMP treatment. Taking proper care of your scalp after the treatment will slow down the fading process.
